Israel’s Rank on World Happiness Index

The annual report — compiled by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network — ranked 104 nations by “how happy their citizens perceive themselves to be.” In the 2022 report, the top-ranked nation was again Finland. Israel was ranked 9th. By comparison, the United States ranked 16th and the Palestinian Territories 122nd.
